Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity with a fast-growing, ASX-listed, global company?  AI Media (ASX:AIM) is currently on the hunt for an End User Compute Specialist who is eager to add value to a global purpose driven company!  The central role of an End User Compute Specialist is to lead the EUC Capability in the management of EUC devices (laptops, desktops, tablets) and related IT services.

This is a hybrid role with some days working from home and other days working out of our head office in North Sydney. As this role is part of a global team, early morning and late evening coverage is required at times.

About the Role

As the End Use Compute Specialist, your key objectives will be:

  • Deliver EUC solutions as per the business requirements
  • Keep the Intellectual property of Ai-Media and our customers as secure as practicable
  • Prioritise and manage Zendesk queues and project based workload in the EUC space
  • Provide support, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to EUC environment and solutions
  • Enhance and improve the security posture of EUC landscape by managing endpoint security solutions, content filtering and encryption solutions
  • Focus on managing and securing Active Directory
  • Optimise/manage the SCCM environment and leverage the same for endpoint management
  • Deploy enterprise applications and troubleshoot application issues
  • Produce artefacts for knowledge sharing and train/mentor fellow employees; and
  • Work proactively and collaboratively with IT teams and external suppliers

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • 3+ years as an EUC engineer in an enterprise environment
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Essential Technical Skills
    • Highly experienced in administration, development and execution of Microsoft Office365 strategies for adoption and deployment
    • Experience in managing and maintaining Intune infrastructure
    • Experience with Administering Microsoft Entra
    • Strong experience managing desktop Operating System and Application Patch Management
    • Highly experienced in the development and management of desktop SOE
    • Understanding of Cyber Security
    • Powershell scripting
    • SME level knowledge of EUC hardware and Desktop Application platforms
    • Solid understanding of ITIL principles and processes
  • Desirable Technical Skills
    • Broad systems engineering skills
    • MS Certified Professional
